Q : How long does it take before Richmond has a salesman come to my home after contacting the company?
A : It usually takes Richmond's salesman 2-3 business days before they meet with a customer to provide an in home consultation. (Average is 2-3 days, but salesmen will work around customers' schedules - same day estimates are possible!)
Q : When is payment expected for Richmond's services?
A : Any job over $1000.00 is expected to recieve at least a 10% downpayment upon contract acceptance and the remaining sum is due after the work is completed. Richmond does offer financing and alternate payment methods for special circumstances.
