RICHMOND COMPANY is family owned and operated. We have been in business for over 20 years so we can stand behind the products and services we provide for years to come! We treat every project as if it were our own! Our diversification of services allows you to deal with one reputable contractor instead of several smaller contractors.
Additionally, our associations with the Better Business Bureau, NAHB, the Apartment Association, BAGI, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, IOSHA and MICCS display our dedication to providing quality work throughout your entire project! Also our status as a licensed and fully-insured contractor gives you peace of mind that you’ll have someone to call if a problem were to arise. Our goal at Richmond is that you’ll be so pleased with our work that you’ll refer us to your family and friends!
We Are Proud Of Our Work!
The Richmond Way:
From your initial call our goal is to keep you informed about your project. Our live call center will ask you a few simple questions to help us understand your needs and establish your appointment date.
An estimator willmeet with you at your convenience to assess your requirements and answer your questions. We will explain the energy savings and value addition of your project. We will furnish you with a quotation, product information, and color selectors for the new enhancement of your home or business. If necessary, we can also furnish you with financing information.
Once you make the right decision, all we need to get started will be authorization signatures of the products and colors and the signed contract. Authorization can be mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to us and we will call you to confirm all of the information, or you can call and have your estimator meet with you again to pick this up.
Upon receipt in our office, your contract will be assigned a job number, processed into our system and forwarded to the installation department to begin work! If your job requires an installation inspection, one of our field superintendents will visit your location and take their measurements to correctly order all of the materials for your job. When all the materials are in and your project is ready to begin we will contact you with an installation date.
One of our field superintendents will be periodically checking the progress of your project. Upon completion of the job the superintendent will notify you that he will bemaking a final inspection. At the final inspection the superintendent will be happy to answer any questions you might have about the project or products used.
You will be contacted to verify your complete satisfaction with the project and then you will be sent an invoice with warranty information. You will also receive a “Thank you” letter and information about our referral program.
