Richmond Exteriors is a family-owned business that was founded in 1987 by William F. Richmond II as Richmond Guttering. Initially, we focused solely on providing our customers with quality gutter services and had only one full-time employee (Bill Richmond). Despite these humble beginnings our penchant for hard work and exceptional customer service lead to an ever-growing number of satisfied customers. These satisfied customers, in turn, gave us a reputation for excellence and we expanded continuously from there.

Over our 32 years in the remodeling business we’ve grown immensely and steadily. Now Richmond Exteriors is a leading provider of quality exterior products and services for residential and commercial clientele throughout Greater Indianapolis. Our staff has expanded from one full-time employee to a large staff of fully-trained professionals.

Despite how rapidly we’ve expanded, our core values have remained the same. We still offer Greater Indianapolis customers with incredible customer service and dedicate ourselves fully to every job we undertake. We take pride in our workmanship and back our work with exceptional warranties. Hard work and exemplary customer service got us to where we are today, and we aren’t going to stop any time soon.

The installers checked in to ensure they had a complete understanding of the scope of work and checked in again before leaving to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They gladly, and quickly, took care of a couple of requested changes before departing the job site.
